Ms. Halima is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a masters in Energy & Natural Resources. She is also pursuing a Masters of Laws Degree (International Financial Law and Regulation) at Strathmore University. She brings into the Firm a wealth of experience in Energy Law, Commercial Law, corporate structuring and restructuring, management consultancy, conveyancing, commercial transactions, corporate governance, public governance, capital and debt markets law, tax law and taxation, public procurement and revenue mobilisation, constitutional law and commercial arbitration.
